Our story
With decades of law enforcement experience, our founder saw the challenge of managing complex cases with multiple stakeholders and tools. This inspired the creation of Comtrac, a platform designed to simplify and standardise the process of creating consistent briefs of evidence and high-quality investigation reports in significantly less time.

From cop to CEO
Craig’s career in law enforcement spans over two decades, beginning with the Queensland Police Service, where he worked across several high-stakes units, including Fraud & Corporate Crime, State Drug Investigations, and Property Crime. His most notable achievements include securing a conviction of an international fraud syndicate, earning an Assistant Commissioner’s Certificate, and leading the first-ever successful dismantling of an outlaw motorcycle gang in Queensland, which earned him a Commissioner’s Certificate.
In 2008, Craig led a team at the Crime and Corruption Commission to develop a digital evidence management system, quickly adopted by the Director of Public Prosecutions Office and winning a Corporate Award for digital transformation.
In 2016, Craig founded Comtrac, creating a digital brief of evidence application that automates the criminal justice process with his Elementising Evidence™ methodology, helping law enforcement agencies streamline case management and improve efficiency.
